Wholesale FAQ's

The pricepoints indicated are reflected in minimum order quantities of 10 units. 

If an order has been dispatched by the courier and is not received or if an item is received and is damaged, a return claim must be filed within 3 days from date of dispatch of goods. 

Please fill out our contact form and specify the details of your claim. The following options will then be made available:

  1. Replacement: if possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability
  2. Credit: If a replacement is not available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.
  3. Refund: if a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made with Visa, then Visa will be credited)

Returns will not be accepted for a changes of preference, so please choose carefully. Exchanges are not permitted.
